We used Dreft for laundry for a while, but had to switch to something without ANY scent, (not even a mild one, like Dreft) so I use All Free & Clear on her clothes now, and its inexpensive and works really well... Also, when Amelia gets a little older (I think at 3 mos, but it might be 6), if she is still having eczema outbreaks, there's an oil that your dr. can prescribe her and it works miracles...its a very mild steroid with a peanut oil base, and its wonderful! It will clear AB up within a couple hours! It's called DermaSmoothe.
p.s.- love the pic of her with the hat over her eyes! I've also struggled with infertility, but now have a beautiful 2 year old daughter and am expecting twins :) God is good.

My daughter struggles with eczema as well. As an infant, we found that Aquaphor worked really well--we used to grease her up at night and it always looked so much better in the morning and I kept small amounts on her during the day. Since she's gotten older we had to get a prescription from our dematologist, but the Aquaphor worked great until she was 18mos. I myself have had eczema since I was a baby. I use everything dye and scent free, including soap. I went to a great derm a yr ago and he told me to use CeraVe lotion its a controlled release misturizer and it works great. I got it at cvs you would have to check if its ok to use on little miss. Just avoid scents and dyes as much as possible wash new clothes before using them as well. Oh and I find baby oil works well also on top of the lotion to keep skin moisturized.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09841228186138727621noreply@blogger.com
