No Barry White...

We spent a couple of days at Amelia's Great-Grandma's house while my Papa was in the hospital. My Mom and Joy decided to give Amelia her first bath in the sink while we were there. Amelia is almost 4 months old and I still sponge bathe her like when we first brought her home! (LOL) This was a new experience for her. :)

She was pretty excited about it...

What on earth is going on!??

Ah, I like this...lounging in my hot tub.

Thanks Grinny & Aunt Joy...tell Mommy to start doing this at home!!

We spent most of our time at the hospital and since Amelia couldn't go back to CCU, someone had to be with her in the waiting room.

There wasn't a lack of volunteers. :) Amelia did so well the entire time. I feel very blessed to have a laid back, go-with-the-flow baby!

She was sad to leave her Grinny.

Actually, her Grinny was talking to her in a really low voice and this was Amelia's reaction. (LOL)

Needless to say, we won't be playing any Barry White around here, anytime soon! HA!

Speaking of Barry White...Valentine's Day is this weekend!! Alex and I had talked about going to dinner tomorrow night and getting a sitter, but between my Papa's funeral and this crazy Arkansas weather - Valentine's Day snuck up on us! I have a feeling it will be a laid back day. Just the three of us. :) Do you have any big plans??

Love to all,

No big plans for us. Although now I'm thinking that I should totally spend the evening being the best sister-in-law/Aunt E and hanging out with a certain little girl so that her Mommy & Daddy could go out to dinner. :)

Oh that lip! That's a form of torture! ;^P

We went out as a family the other night because my lasagna didn't thaw in time so that was our V-day celebration. LOL

I think the hubs is getting me something though... :^)
