Is this how you blog??

Do you guys remember me?? Is this how you blog??

I took an unexpected blogging break. My sweet sister, Joy was put in the hospital on April 4th. She was there for several days. Thankfully they found the cause of the constant pain and nausea that she has been dealing with since last fall. She'll have surgery in the near future. Keep her in your prayers, please?

Thought I would share a few pics of what we've been up to over the past couple of days.

Amelia loves carrying her purse and I think it's so cute. She takes it to doctor's visits or anywhere that she might need important things like her cell phone, compact mirror, and her "credit cards."

We went to a couples wedding shower for Alex's cousin. We love Clay and his bride-to-be, Mary Lee. We had to drive past Pinnacle Mountain to get there...isn't it beautiful!? I've climbed it once in my life. That will be the last. I'm not a real outdoorsy type person.

This was from this morning on the way to church. Amelia was a happy girl. We love Sundays!

Amelia has taken a liking to her new puzzles over the past week. I love watching her take the pieces out and try to get them back in. If she can't get them back in the spot, she turns around and says, "help - pease? :)

Alex worked on taxes (BOO!) on Saturday. I decided that I needed to be productive as well, so I tackled Amelia's closet. I needed to pull out a lot of clothes that no longer fit. This is what I pulled out! Heavens.

And this was the finished product! So much better than before...only spring/summer clothing. Oh, and a few things to layer just in case the weather turns crazy like it has a few times already!

This is from tonight. We were at Cheeburger and Amelia was sitting in Alex's lap until her food came. They were playing trivia. I think Alex won.

My S-I-L posted this picture on FB and I just had to share it. This is my niece Alexandria Grace. She loves to cheer and dance. I love watching her in ballet-style dancing. I'm constantly impressed and so proud of her! Love you, Gracie!!

I could share more but I'm tired...so that's all for tonight. Hopefully I'll be back in a blogging groove this week. I also hope to catch up on my blog reading...I've been absent for over a week. I hope you're all doing well!

Love to all,

I don't know, I forget! It's been so long since I've posted.

Praying for your sister.

LOVE the pictures of Amelia! She's getting so big!

I've pulled piles of clothes out of the girls' closet and now I have to find a home for them. Seriously, I should post a picture because it is pretty incredible how many clothes those girls go through.

I might add, they have a better wardrobe than I do! And, I think I like shopping for them MORE than for myself, if that is even possible!

Your mom's comment on facebook about this link seriously cracked me up!

I'm glad to see your update. I seriously need a little girl JUST like Amelia. I love her so much!

Still praying like crazy for your family. Big hugs to you all!

Continuing to pray for your sister.

I love that Amelia kindly asks for "help please." L would get REALLY mad and throw the pieces across the room when she couldn't get them back in, UGH. Thank God we are past that stage.

Closet organization is a never ending struggle over here. I feel like she is always outgrowing something and I have to take time at least once a month to keep up with it all. And it is all just sitting on the baby's floor at the moment. I've gotta get that "nesting" bug and SOON.
