Christmas Morning 2013...

Christmas morning came quickly after going to bed at 2:00 a.m!  This picture of our tree makes me laugh.  Having little ones means most of the ornaments are on the top half of the tree!

But little ones make Christmas so fun!!

Sydney isn't old enough to ask for anything and Amelia asked for three specific things.  A mooshka doll, a floor piano, and a Doc McStuffins clinic.  So they received several "together gifts."

A "keurig" for their kitchen.

And a "Kitchen-Aid" mixer.

Princess shoes.

I loved watching Sydney open gifts this year.

And this one loves everything and anything you give her!

Sydney is in love with Mickey and Minnie Mouse right now.  She was excited to open a Mickey Mouse car.

They received a few DVDs.   We watched Brave for the first time this week…such a cute movie.

They received a puppet theatre.  This was my favorite thing to give them!

Have to have puppets to put on a show!

Sydney opening their snowballs.

Amelia prayed for snow but we knew it wasn't going to happen.  So Daddy decided to buy some!

Opening their Mooshka dolls.  I had no clue what these were when Amelia asked for them, months ago.  They're really cute though.  They sing "ring-around-the-rosy" when they hold hands.  You can collect all six of them and they sing together.

Stocking time!

We were happy that Papa and Granny were with us on Christmas morning!

My girls aren't going to know what to do when Papa and Granny move to their new home.  We love having them here.

Granny must have been good to receive diamond earrings!

Candy, candy, candy!

I ordered these sweet spoons with their names.  We gave them to my sisters and Mama too. A little reminder to pray for one another as we eat breakfast or stir that creamer into our coffee.

Opening our mailboxes!

Eyes closed as Daddy brings out their last gift.

A Doc McStuffins clinic!

Love to see those smiles.

Sweet Sydney Faith.

I was so excited to set a Christmas table. Nothing fancy but I was able to use my Christmas dishes which I love.

We had this breakfast casserole, cinnamon roll muffins, and strawberries.  I made the casserole up the night before and just popped it in the oven while we were opening gifts.  It will definitely be a Christmas morning must-have from here on out.  It was delicious and everyone loved it.

My blue-eyed baby.

Daddy, Alex, and Mama.

Sydney Faith loves cinnamon rolls and strawberries.

Amelia was excited to choose where everyone would sit. :)

Me and my big girl.  Mama's eyes are saying, "nap time is coming soon."

We've had lots of puppet shows over the last few days.

We have laughed and laughed.

These puppets say the silliest things!

It was a very Merry Christmas for The Averitt Fam!

Love to all,

What a fun morning! I love all of these precious pictures. I can see how each year must get more and more fun! The puppet theatre is so cool. I can only imagine the hilarity of the puppet shows in your house. Ha!

My girls got the smaller mooshka dolls from their aunt and I thought they were really cute. =)

Love your mantel and the matching pj's too!
