THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH...

My brother invited us to join them at the circus last night.
Amelia and Sydney had never been to the circus.  Actually, I had never been either!
We thought it would be a fun thing to do as a family before Alex leaves for Costa Rica.  

Amelia loves her cousin, Kandace.
I didn't tell her we were going until right before we left the house.  

She might have squealed.

I kept asking Sydney to take a picture with me. 

She would come over, look at herself, say "hi!!" and then run off!

My friend Ginny gave the girls the sweet outfits they wore to the circus.

We ate popcorn and cotton candy and french fries and chicken strips and

the list goes on and on.

A child's dream!

Oh, and a little lemonade to wash it all down.

Sydney ate way too much popcorn. 

It was her favorite.

Amelia thought this clown was really funny.  

He did a little pre-show with the kiddos.

After the horses came out, Amelia asked if she could have a baby horse.

They were pretty cute.

I was amazed that Sydney made it through a two hour show.  

She had her own seat but she preferred we hold her.

We let her run off some energy during intermission while Amelia 

jumped in the bouncy house.

The elephants were amazing. 

Seriously...this smile.

I think I watched her reactions to things more than the actual show.

Seeing her enjoy it made us so happy.

These two little girls had the best time.

And us big girls had a great time too!
